1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in the UK. The arrival of parcels will depend on the method of delivery applied to orders.
We currently offer:
- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on orders over £20
- FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY on orders over £100
PLEASE NOTE: Free delivery is only available In the MAINLAND UK.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free next-day delivery to any addresses in UK HIGHLANDS & NORTHERN ISLAND. Additional charges will be placed upon checkout.
We do not process orders over the weekend or bank holidays. All timing is based on working days.
2. WHAT IS THE SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME?
We ship and process orders five days a week, and are always working hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders received on the same day. For busier periods and larger, complex orders, same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Monday to Thursday will be sent the following day while on a Friday will be dispatched on the forthcoming Monday.
We do not process orders over the weekend or bank holidays. All timing is based on working days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped immediately upon our return to the warehouse.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship our products worldwide and all international shipping takes approximately 7-10 working days to arrive depending on the weight and location of your parcel.

4. WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to you confirming your dispatch details. If you do not receive an email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help you with your order.
5. WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We work with all major couriers and the service and courier we use will depend on the weight and dimension of your order. Within the United Kingdom, we mostly work with Royal Mail, UPS & DX.
6. WHAT IS THE RETURNS & REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be completely pleased with your order. However, if you are unhappy with your item, we offer a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.
To protect the business, we would require you to send us an e-mail with photos attached as proof of the condition of the returns. You can send it to email@example.com. Our sales team will check and verify the condition of the item and once the conditions are met and the return was accepted, simply send back your purchase to our warehouse within 30 days and a full refund will be processed for you.
Once we get your return we will process a refund right away however, please allow 3-5 working days to receive the money back.
7. CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have already placed an order but would like to amend the address, please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped we can not alter the address and we will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.
8. WHAT TO DO WITH THE DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENT?
Shipping delays and lost parcels are out of our control. Once we dispatch the item we have very little control over it. In case your parcel has been delayed, send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will be able to help you with your order.
